scratt. But at least you can still do work with it. Airlines just blow monkey bullocks. I'm still waiting for a US$4000 refund from American Airlines for new plane tickets they forced me to buy after my wife and I missed a flight in Switzerland due to a driving accident in snow over the holdays.
