I've never gotten that whole thing. There have been some stories here locally lately about several numbnuts getting arrested on various "cruelty to animals" charges. I'm always stunned - and saddened - when I hear the details of what they did.
You just want to reach back and slap them absolutely shitless 8-10 times.
