Is that a MacBook Air driving the display, Gargoyle?

I finally invested in the NEC MultiSync P221W (PDF) I threatened to get here. I'll figure out the best setup later, but it looks like this for now (terrible snap, yikes):

It's a brute from the side, and the foot looks cheap even though it's sturdy enough. But the display quality itself is excellent, and it's the cheapest display I know of that supports hardware calibration (i.e. has internal lookup tables which can be fed calibration data — some people call these "smart monitors").

That's a Spyder3 colourimeter posing for the pic. I bought the cheap "Express" version to get the hardware at the lowest price; for software I'm using a 14-day trial of basICColor display 4 (PDF). It's impressive, but very pricey at over 100 euros. Not sure I'll buy it.

I'm loving the short wireless keyboard, which has the same layout as the MacBook Pro. It's the old version with three AA batteries (got it from a friend). I only got the Magic Mouse today, so not sure about it yet.
