Regarding Edge, it is a chromium browser now so I can see wanting to use it on some sites. I don’t use chrome, so I get that.
Adobe reader is a strange one on the Mac though, you don’t need it at all. Preview opens PDFs, and you cannot write PDFs in the reader, so I don’t get why anyone would install it in the first place. I guess some people use it to fill in PDF forms? I use an alternative, so I don’t know.
