| From what I read earlier today, this darksaber has legit ties to Mandalorians (it was created by one, a thousand or so years before the timeline of any of the movies) and it’s been stolen and used by others, including Maul and characters from Rebels throughout its existence. So, at the very least, it connects to the show’s main character’s cultural history. |
