Paul Krugman opines in The NY Times that the West could implement crippling measures against Russian oligarchs who have incredible sums parked outside of Russia, but wonders if power brokers in the West are willing to risk the hit that could make on THEIR laundered funds.
Meanwhile, we're all acting as if China won't be there to financially back Russia.
