In other news, I heard back this morning from a couple of my old software engineering colleagues who are still living in and around Kharkiv. They're generally okay for now, but they've already had to take cover in underground shelters overnight. "Worrying, but not panicking," as one of them said. Of course, details are scare for good reason, but folks have put on a brave face so far.
