Vader just can't show up on Tatooine in the finale. That would be insane. I assume Reva gets 'redeemed' as a callback to Episode 6, and she takes on the Grand Inquisitor whilst Kenobi takes on Vader again.
Both must lose, since everyone but Reva has to survive for SW canon to remain intact. |
