I've not seen it yet, but I had a thought:

Darth Vader knows who Luke is.
Darth Vader does not know who Leia is.
Two lines: "I am your father" (Empire Strikes Back) and "Sister? So, you have a twin sister. Obi-Wan was wise to hide her from me. Now his failure is complete!" (Return of the Jedi).
I think Obi-Wan is going to accidentally give up Luke's identity. Not his location, but his identity. Thus, the "failure" Darth Vader is referring to. It would then be Luke who gives up Leia's identity.
