The Touch Bar is not customizable at that level.
Unfortunately.
This is the input's greatest weakness. Its customizability should go far beyond what Apple imagines (and perhaps will as time goes by).
I have very little use for Siri. Al's issue hinges on the fact that it cannot be got rid of.
