Copying and pasting reasonably complex wireless encryption keys is the only use I can imagine for copy and paste on the iPhone. But even then, it only took three or four attempts to enter our WPA key into the girlfriend's iPhone before I was successful. Oh, maybe copying and pasting a website URL into an email would be useful?
