I always end up in a market the day before thanksgiving, no matter what.
Usually it's just to grab that one spice that we use twice a year that we can't find, but nothing too major.
We've also been doing a vegan thanksgiving the last few years, but since we're not going to be in NYC for thanksgiving this year, it's a little harder to find places that will cater to that. We're just going to be doing sides for the most part, which are honestly the best part anyway...
