I setup on a bridge, and got down as low as I could, without showing the guard rails. One of the first things I learned is that taking photos at eye level is boring.
It isn't always possible, but I try to not shoot at eye level whenever I can. I find it very helpful when working from bridges, since it decreases the feeling of looking down at the scene.
