Makes perfect sense to me. Apple isn't in the business of hosting and distributing user-generated content.

Companies like Google and Twitter and Flickr and Tumblr etc. are all built entirely around user-generated content, and SOPA threatens the Safe Harbor protection they currently enjoy. So, it makes sense that these companies would speak out against SOPA.
