I am in bulking phase. Eating well and lifting like nuts. Headed back toward 175-180 before I start cutting again. I'm having a hard time "seeing" any difference, but the old muscles are getting harder, at least. After next week, all weights get raised and reps go down. Not looking forward to that, because it feels like backward progress.
Otherwise, I can't seem to get enough food, but at least I'm not so danged hungry!
