I've stopped tracking, but it's between 2500 and 3000 (which I now know simply by knowing what I'm eating), where it was 1500-1700. I'm still following my diet, but eating more of it. I've let loose at dinner time, though, and I think that's where the majority of the weight gain is coming from.
And you want to know what's weird? Big things now feel lighter, but small things feel heavier.
I'm sure there's a science behind that, but I can't figure it out.
