I'll take the other side of this bet. If this bill passes, you can look for a mid-term route as people erupt over the crap that is in this bill: you tell me how $6 B for Acorn is stimulative!!!! Ok, maybe to stimulate more voter fraud, but does not help the economy. You go line by line item on this bill and what you see is "payback" for the election. When to full details come out, it will be a field day for commercials for mid-terms!
Just remember Clinton's first mid-term.
