I'm about to do a come internal projects on my Late 2015 iMac.
I finally was able to find a reasonable OEM Vesa Mount taken out of a last 2015 iMac. I'll be replacing my Stand for the mount.
I cant not for the life of me find a Pentalobe Screwdriver for VESA Mount.... Not in Portland, Not in Boston.. nowhere!!! Can someone help me, please!
I've got the 3TB fusion, now and I also have a Samsung 960 Pro M.2 sitting on my desk (Wont work, so I hear), I also have a 2.5" Samsung 840 Pro also sitting on my desk.. I was thinking since I was in the machine to replace the stand for Vesa, that I would swap out the Blade drive and the Fusion. But I dont really need two drives inside, just need the Blade's write and read speeds!
I've see a couple people online say they have done this and it was great, but no videos of people doing them I know how to take apart the iMac - it's just nice to see the before and afters when someones upgrades something
