I was only able to obtain the one bottle, so tasting it will have to wait.

It's basically a standard 55ppm phenol Ardbeg that has been aged for >10 years in new heavily charred American white oak barrels. I suspect the char actually filters out some of the strongest flavors, so it might taste more malty and less peaty. Since the barrel hasn't been used up by another spirit, there should also be plenty of vanilla and honey (sugar/molasses/"sweet") from the wood to go around.
