Bizarre.

Took the machine back in to the shop running stock.

The original drive was back in it.

The original SuperDrive was back in it.

The 16GB of OWC RAM was removed, the original 8GB Apple RAM back in it.

Machine booted without distortions.

It ran YouTube fine.

This HDD didn't have my main apps on it, so we couldn't test it "hard", but it worked with those videos and did not freak out once.

For $310 the ship it off and the machine gets serviced, and that's of course available to me at any time.

Said I would try to work with it like it is now, might bring it back later to be shipped to The Depot.

Brought machine home.

Removed the original HDD, returned the SSD in same spot (as before).

Removed the SuperDrive, returned the 1TB HDD into the DiskDoubler.

Started up, machine freaked out.

Forced shutdown.

Tried several more variations with no luck.

Graphic distortion consistent and immediate and crippling.

Finally returned it to factory setup, all 3rd party equipment removed.

Booted fine.

Was able to run 3 different YouTube videos simultaneously with no slowdowns or distortions or heat issues..

I'm about to install my Adobe apps and try to get to work now.

Meanwhile, what does it sound like?
