Yes I agree that CentOS isn't very good at support if that is how they respons/act. I know that you're dealing with idiots, but at no point is tech support allowed to get pissy.

Now I didn't look, or do any research to see if CentOS is based in an english speaking country, but mistakes like that are something that would definitely pop out at you if you just read over your email before you sent it.
