Way high. I see 80 and 100 GB versions of this for $349 and $449, sans all the phone bits.

The 30 GB (40?) stays at $249 to reel in the cheapskates, with no changes to the current model.

I also see 10 and 20 GB iPhones before christmas, perhaps even before launch.

(Such an iPhone capacity increase would probably come hand in hand with nano bumps, I see 5 GB, 10 GB and 20 GB nanos as well.)
