Comes with the USB-C to MagSafe cable.
You only need the extension cable if you need an extra 6 feet of cord. Check with a local, 3rd-party shop. We have about 50 of those things that we get from recycled stuff, and we sell them in "new condition" for $10, and "smokers and pet lovers dirty condition" for 5 bucks.
And, sometimes I give them away.
So, there may be no need to pay Apple's $20 for one.
