So, Grey… I was thinking thinking about building a
thing out in the ocean in front of the museum complex. It would be mostly flat but with one narrow tall other thing standing in the middle, and it has a pretty large surface area. I'm thinking it would be about this big.
Objections? I could build somewhere else if you like, but I think this would complement those Phase III things. Maybe I should slide farther south closer to the shuttle?
