Paulie Boy here is right, you guys. The "then" picture is mirrored horizontally meaning the tattoo is on her
right arm which is hidden in the "now" picture. She still has that tattoo and had that one before the ones all over her shoulders. All it takes is pinging Google Images for a few seconds to see that. (
