I'm surprised they preannounced it the way they did... usually with Apple it'd just happen one day - we'd go to .mac webmail and a new interface would await us.
Even stranger that they annouce it weeks ago on .mac and nowhere else, and don't give an ETA on its actual implementation. If it's an ad, then they should be advertising to non-.mac members. If it's a heads-up to users, you'd think they'd be more concrete on the whens and hows.
