I do a water fast before date night, and am thinking about adding a second day. Usually, I don't work out on fast days, but next week I'm going to.
That will be a rough day.
Basically, it's no food from evening the day before until we go out to eat. Then I feel like a pig at a trough!
It gives me the ability to enjoy a nice meal without getting behind. When you're looking at 1500 calories/day, it means I can still have a burger, fries and a cold beer and still make that goal.
