Nope. OS X is the new branding for the core technologies.
OS X (Leopard) is the current OS X build for Macs. (Okay, that I don't get, honestly, unless... they have something else in mind for Snow Leopard...

OS X (iPhone) is the OS X build for iPhones.
They're both OS X.
