Well, it's not like there's a set template that comes with InDesign or Illustrator (that I'm aware of), but most people who own those programs generally have the skills to make their own templates. They're blank slate programs, that's what makes them so powerful to use. I'm sure you'd be able to do a quick search and find the templates you need, if building a template is out of your skill set.
