I don't think the battery band is in the near future at all. Plus, I wouldn't want something that firm around my wrist. I thought I wanted a link bracelet for my Watch but I'm loving the black rubber band.
Drew, this is actually on par with some of the watches I've worn in the past, like a
G-Shock. It is the perfect size for my arm. I wouldn't want the 38mm one my wife got (is getting). I tired it and it feels so much more than 4mm smaller.
