What version of Shiira are you using?

Are you using the original Yahoo Mail interface or the new Yahoo Mail Beta interface?

What is your default text encoding in Shiira? See Shiira -> Preferences -> Appearance.

For what it's worth, the new Beta appears to not support WebKit-based browsers including Safari, Shiira, and OmniWeb. When I try to choose that option, Yahoo says the browser isn't supported and refuses access.
