Hi there,

I recently arrived at University and the day before yesterday, I shut down my powerbook ready for the trip. I turned off Bluetooth in preferences, removed the batteries from Apple Bluetooth mouse.
Now i have switched on my powerbook, I am getting the above message. I have made sure the device is doscoverable and made the led visible.
I should add that my battery status is down to two bars but surely it should still be able to see it.
When I browse files, the device is listed but when I highlight it and click browse, I get that error message.

I've had the mouse for a few months and it has always worked perfectly until today. It also hasn't received any knocks or blows whatsoever.

Can anyone help?

edit: I have just discovered that I can wake the machine by clicking the mouse (so there is obviously some kind of connection, I just cannot get the mouse to move around the screen)

So, my problem still remains.
