No, Apple will not buy disney.
Steve will steer Disney to use more of Apple technology.
Itms, perhaps even some enterprise stuff.
Steve may however become CEO of Disney someday.
THAT wouldn't surprise me at all.
Given his ambitions, reputation and total dislike for Eisner.
