Don't count on this. Cingular isn't PDA/Smartphone friendly. They do not offer their insurance for a phone like this. AT&T might change that, but I doubt it. You'll have to go through a third party company to get insurance most likely. Although I would personally be thrilled with they would give me insurance on the iPhone even though they wouldn't on my 2125 nor my 8125.
