I'm definitely experiencing the "signal bars/strength" phenomenon. No idea if it affects calls yet.

And 5GHz WiFi doesn't seem to be showing up.

Edit: that's probably because it doesn't support 5GHz, duh! Just 2.4GHz N wireless.
