I want a combo external hard drive/3-port hub/card reader Artoo...with spinning dome, lights and authentic sounds.
If you unplug a USB device without unmounting it first, you get that memorable "scream" (like when he got shot in the Death Star trench), or that "angry", feisty set of beeps. Your Time Machine backup could be on Artoo, just like the Death Star technical plans!
The possibilities are endless, really.
Hard to believe someone hasn't done this. All throughout the entire saga, Artoo interfaces with various computers. So it's a perfect, logical character to use as the basis for a really cool 3-in-1 peripheral. So many clever touches could be incorporated.
