In a situation like this, I'd definitely call Apple support. Maybe they've got some sort of backup access on their end? Can't hurt to ask/plead your case. The 1-2 times I've had to get with them over the years on something borderline catastrophic, they were very understanding and helpful (replacing an out-of-warranty power supply, helping sort out a big AppleID/iCloud screw-up, etc.).

I'd never give out my iCloud info to some unknown cheesy "miracle recovery" site online...you know they'd record it and get up to all kinds of no good with it. I was tempted to do something like that once, and a bit of quick Googling quickly knocked my senses back in place. I can only imagine the hell-on-earth I'd probably still be going through had I gone down that road.

Online-wise, if you're not a relative, super-close friend or Apple themselves, you ain't getting NOTHING from me. I won't even tell anyone my favorite color at this point.
