Maybe you should consider the 6x8, or even the 6x11, the "widescreen" version. You usually use only a part of the tablet with the ratio of the screen. It depends on the size of your display, and what kind of work you want to do. If you want to use it for drawing, I would buy a larger one.
If you have two monitors, the 4x5 would be to small. for me at least.
