If you're not going to respect it.
In the Quicktime Preference Pane there is an option to prevent QT movies from automatically playing as they are downloaded. I think it's called Fast Start or something. I have it unchecked but it doesn't seem to matter. Some movies won't play and others will. I memory serves me, you can enable this feature and embed that setting in the movie itself. So why do I have the option to turn it off if it's not always going to be turned off?
