I marked off an area I think would be good for the Cactuar Statue — it's relatively flat, not yet terraformed, fits nicely with roads, and is close to the core of town (i.e., the exchange). It's south of Bruce's big project. It's 22*22, or 22*18 if we want roads on all sides. I marked it with gravel and a dirt "CS?"
Of course, I'm not building the thing, so y'all can put it wherever you want.
I just thought it would be a good spot. The space between Ely's and the Art Center might also be a good fit, since that's also close to the center of town, and we know that Ely's Desert Palace will remain...desert.
Speaking of the exchange, there are now six stacks each of green and lime wool there, for the statue.
