Another thing to do is to look at your logs - if you are still on v4 cut and paste this into another document as I think it get deleted when you restart the app. This has supposedly been fixed in v5.02.
You should be able to see what server you sent your results too, and if it was successful. You can then go to the forum and ask for confirmation - though it might be wise to check the server status first....
