This will continue to happen if we don't establish clear guidelines as to what the appropriate course of action is for grabbing land. It is important for anyone before starting construction on a piece of land to walk the perimeter (including on top of tall mountains) to see if anyone is nearby and then ask. Build first and ask later doesn't work.
