Yeah, I think you pretty much nailed it, except I think they will retina-ize the iMacs, price be damned, because they'll keep the old ones around with a spec bump, the same way the rMBP didn't replace the MBP. 21.5" and 27" models with retina displays and the specs you mentioned. No touch, though, because what's the point? $1599 for the retina 21.5", $2799 for the retina 27".

Then a 13" rMBP, again, not replacing the current 13" MBP, because Apple seems to give no fucks about how many 13" models they have, so why not throw another one in? I bet it starts at $1599.

Finally the iPad Air, exactly what everyone is expecting—iPad 2 guts in a lighter package, at $299 ($249?) to knock it out of the park for Xmas.

People will complain it's disappointing and not as good/cheap as the Fire/N7, and Apple will sell 5 million of the things before the year is out, more than the new Fire/N7 combined.
