When choosing from the poll, my answer would really be that it's more comfortable to hold it in my hand.
And oh yess what definitely adds up to the pleasure of reading is the smell of ink and dead trees. Like I go to the movie theatre especially because I like to accompany my movie with shiploads of caramellized popcorn from buckets with the American flag printed on them.
And oh yes you can't bathe as easily with a laptop on your lap.
