You can kind've do that with AAA's TripTik Planner. I've only ever used it online, but apparently there's an app as well.
Basically just put in multiple destinations, and it calculates the travel time / driving directions between each.
For the hell of it I put in Chattanooga > KC > Cheyenne > SLC > Boise > Portland, but those first two stretches may be a bit much (600+ miles). Easy enough to tweak the individual destinations though.
