I've been averaging about 225 MB/month for the past six months or so, but I've also turned off wifi on my 3G because of how terrible the battery life is.
I figure that when I get a new iPhone, I'll be able to turn wifi on and drop back down below 200 MB. I'll try it out and see where I stand. If I go over, I'll bump up to the 2 GB plan.
Either way, I'm saving money.
