Mach 3 Turbo is better then the Gillette (?) Cuattro. 4 blades are not better. They have wires spaced every cm or so, and it stops you from getting a perfect shave. Also hair gets stuck in between the blades and I can't get it out. It was free, but I'm going to keep using the Mach 3.
As for shaving in general...every 3 days or so. I tend not to use shaving cream as long as I am in the shower.
