I'm trying to download a calendar that was posted in MDI format. A quick google turns up Microsoft Document Imaging Format, but it doesn't appear that there is any way to open it on the Mac.

If there truly is no way to open it on the Mac, would someone with a PC mind opening it and exporting to to PDF or RTF?
