I work in editing video, you know a soft that allows me to find a specific frame using the image recognition?
TinEye search type or ImageBrain

I knew a soft once, but it was definitely hard by the time I was done with it.

Not off the top of my head. Do you have a client that wants you to pull specific frames? Use Time-code?
Either way this topic most likely belongs in General Discussion as your solution is almost certainly a 3rd Party product, if there is a solution at all.
