I installed the Xcode utilities today, and started tinkering with Core Image Fun House and Quartz Composer, which are two of the new utilities (correct me if i'm wrong, however). These are great, especially the Quartz Composer, which has an awesome graphical interface and allows you to make QT movies. On a related note, I noticed the OpenGL Shader App in the same folder. Is that new? Would that be good for learning how to program the GPU? I really was looking forward to getting Tiger mainly because of Core Image, and it really does seem pretty useful. (I guess you also get Spotlight, Dashboard, and Automator thrown in, too, which isn't half bad .)

I've fooled around with Fun House a bit, but haven't messed with Quartz Composer. Guess I'll have to check that out next.
